The CFDI Successfully Held the Second Phase of the National Cosmetics Inspector Skills Training

In order to further implement the general secretary xi "four of the most severe" requirement, pushing forward the construction of the specialization and professional cosmetics inspector team, ensuring the effectiveness of cosmetics on-site inspection, authorized by Cosmetics Supervision Department of NMPA, CFDI successfully held the second phase of national cosmetics inspector skill training in August 21 to 23, 2020, more than 100 inspectors attended the training.

The training is divided into classroom teaching and on-site training. In classroom teaching link, the teacher respectively introduced the regulations on the supervision and administration of cosmetics and drafted ideas of related supporting documents, inspectors' responsibilities and abilities required, on-site inspection skills and audit law enforcement technology of inspectors, the key points of supervision and inspection, cosmetics technology and production process quality control and other content, and the member of commission for discipline inspection committee of CFDI has carried on the honest education to the inspector. In the subsequent on-site training, trainees will be organized in batches to participate in the cosmetic production enterprises inspection, and the old inspectors will guide the new inspectors to operate in practical and consolidate the classroom learning effect.

According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the training adopted the combination of "online" and "offline". Trainees in Beijing attended in the main venue, while trainees outside Beijing will participate in the training through video software.

To ensure the training effect, the training set up three assessment methods, including attendance and classroom performance, written examination (online) and internship evaluation during on-site inspection.

Director Li Jinju of the Cosmetics Supervision Department and Deputy Director Shi Lei of the CFDI attended the training and put forward the requirements for the inspection work and trainees. Participants said that the training was rich in content, covering laws and regulations, professional knowledge, inspection skills and other aspects. The training was deep and wide, practical and instructive, and effectively improved the inspectors' theoretical level and practical ability in carrying out cosmetics on-site inspection through the training.
