Pharmaceutical Professional Inspector General Team of Hebei province strengthens the construction of quality management system and constantly improves the standardization and effectiveness of drug professionalism inspection. On December 3 to 4, the quality management system and internal audit work training was organized, and all internal auditors and other relevant personnel of the total team participated in the training.

Captain Li Yonghui emphasized that the establishment of quality management system is the internal requirement of professional inspection, aiming at "clear the responsibility, emphasis on order, know the rules and improve the ability". All comrades should unify their thoughts and fully understand the significance of the establishment of quality management system. The establishment of improved quality management system is first conducive to sorting out the work procedures and technical specifications of each link, and comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of inspection work. Second, it helps inspectors to understand the connotation of quality management norms in related fields, such as drugs and medical devices, and improve their inspection ability. Thirdly, it is conducive to the normalization, standardization and systematization of inspection work. He pointed out that the establishment and operation of the quality management system is a long-term dynamic process, which requires perseverance and unremitting efforts.

The training invited senior experts of quality management system of China Certification Center Inc. to give lectures on ISO 9001 quality management system terms, system internal audit and other aspects. The experts affirmed the current quality management system construction work of the general team and gave relevant guidance and suggestions.

Since it was established in April this year, pharmaceutical professional inspector team of Hebei province closely around the concept of “Ahead of the country, achievement and seat”, solid and orderly promote the related work of quality management system, has formed a leading team and office of quality management system construction, and continually establish and improve the inspection system process. This training lays a solid foundation for further improving the inspection working mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities and smooth cooperation.
