In order to regulate the adverse reaction monitoring of cosmetics, according to the Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, Measures for the Administration of the Production and Operation of Cosmetics and other regulations, the National Medical Products Administration has organized to formulate the Regulation for the Adverse Reaction Monitoring of Cosmetics, which are hereby promulgated, and will take effects as from October 1, 2022.
