In order to implement the Regulations for the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics, Measures for the Administration of the Production and Operation of Cosmetics, the National Medical Products Administration has organized to formulate the Checklist and Judgment Criteria of Cosmetic GMP Inspection (Draft for Comments), Now open to the public for comments.

The time for public comments is from March 30 to April 20, 2022. Relevant units and individuals can send e-mail to hzpjgc@nmpa.gov.cn, named the e-mail with "Procedure name – Comments feedback".
