In order to promote the capacity of inspectorate, and continuously improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the inspectors, CFDI held the first experts’ forum on March 31, 2022.

“Experts' forum” was regularly held by CFDI since 2017, and has held 44 sessions, with a total of more than 14,000 participants. In 2021, under the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, 5 sessions experts' forum were held in CFDI, and invited experts from Beijing Friendship Hospital, National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, Beijing Chest Hospital, Beijing Comprehensive Law Enforcement Team for Market Supervision and Peking University, experts’ lectures covering self-emotional identification and adjustment, risk and control of pharmaceutical packaging materials, tuberculosis-related clinical trials, interpretation of administrative punishment procedures for market supervision, research status and quality control of Nano-medicine, etc. A total of 2400 people participated.The experts' forum received highly affirmed from the sub-centers and provincial drug inspection inspectorates.

This experts' forum was lectured by Gao Tianbing , Deputy Director of CFDI, with the topic of "Interpretation of the Provisions for Drug Inspection (Trial)". Director Gao introduced in detail the drafting background and revision process of the provisions, and made an in-depth interpretation of the main content, important clauses and inspecting attentions. Director Gao's lecture helped inspectors to further understand the provisions, and had great significance to the carry out of inspection work.

CFDI, Yangtze River Delta sub center for drug evaluation, 12 provincial drug administration and 39 provincial drugs inspectorates synchronously watching through video system participated in the training; totally more than 900 people participated in the training.
