In order to promote the capacity of inspectorate, and continuously improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the inspectors, CFDI held the fifth experts’ forum on May 27, 2022. Li Jiang, lawyer and director of Zhong Zhao Law Office, was invited to give a lecture on "Collection and Application of Administrative Law Enforcement Evidence".

Director Li Jiang described the concept and the basic requirements of evidence in law enforcement in detail, explained eight types of evidence and application requirements with examples, and explained the basic principles of evidence investigation. Director Li Jiang's lectures are rich in content and practical, and have a guiding role in drug inspection work.

Director Li Jiang has been long term engaged in government legal counsel, and served as the legal counsel of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for more than 20 years. He also serves as a member of the Cosmetics Safety Expert Committee, the Health Food Safety Expert Committee, and the Drug Consistency Evaluation Committee of NMPA. He has rich experience in administrative law work.

CFDI, Yangtze River Delta sub center for drug evaluation, Greater Bay Area sub Center for drug evaluation and 33 provincial drugs inspectorates synchronously watching through video system participated in the training; totally more than 750 people participated in the training.
