To strengthen the drug clinical trial research and provide technical guidance for applicants and investigators to formulate the overall R&D strategy and single clinical trials, and meanwhile to provide reference for technical evaluation of drugs, the China Food and Drug Administration has organized to formulate the Guideline for General Considerations of Drug Clinical Trials , which is hereby promulgated. It shall be effective as of the date of issuance of the Notice.
