Herewith announced，in order to standardize the supervision and inspection on cosmetics and strengthen the management of cosmetics inspectors, 70 people including Mr.Liu Zelong，after systematic trained，comprehensive evaluated and practically joining inspection，are appointed as the second list of national cosmetics inspectors.
