The Sixth Experts' Forum Was Successfully Held at CFDI in 2019

In order to promote the capacity of inspectorate, and improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the inspectors, CFDI held the sixth experts’ forum on July 26, 2019. Yang Yue, the professor of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, was invited to give a lecture on “The interpretation of the vaccine administration law key terms”.

Professor Yang introduced the legislative background and process of the vaccine administration law , explained the legislative ideas and legislative characteristics in combination with the strategic and public welfare characteristics of the vaccine, and explained the specific contents of the vaccine administration law in detail. Professor Yang's complete and detailed interpretation of the vaccine administration law enabled participants to learn the content and essence of the vaccine administration law , laying a solid foundation for the implementation of the vaccine administration law .

Professor Yang Yue is the director of the international food and drug policy and law research center of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and a well-known expert in the field of pharmaceutical administration. He has participated in the drafting of the amendment to the drug administration law of the National Medical Product Administration, participated in the investigate and survey on the legislation of the vaccine administration law organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the legal working committee of the National People's Congress, and presided over 78 vertical issues and horizontal scientific research projects of government departments by December 2018.

The Office of Drug Registration of NMPA, CFDI, CDE, National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, Information Center, the Center of Beijing Drug Certification, the Center of Beijing Drug Evaluation and 21 provincial drugs inspectorates from the whole country synchronously watching through video system participated in the training, totally more than 400 person participated in the training.
