In order to promote the capacity of inspectorate, and improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the inspectors, CFDI held the second experts’ forum on September 29, 2020. Tian Weixing, president of China Association of Narcotic Drugs, was invited to give a lecture on “International control and marketing of narcotic drugs”.

Beginning with the situation of drug control at home and abroad, President Tian explained and compared the current control situation of narcotic drugs at home and abroad in detail, introduced the supervision and use of opioids and drugs for drug addiction in detail, and shared his thoughts on palliative care.

The vivid cases and detailed data of President Tian's lectures have enhanced the knowledge reserve of inspectors and laid a foundation for better inspection work.

Tian, worked at the China Pharmaceutical Corporation and Sinopharm Group of former State Pharmaceutical Administration, has rich work experience and practical experience in quality management, pharmaceutical industry management, drug development and registration.

CFDI and 26 provincial drugs inspectorates synchronously watching through video system participated in the training, totally more than 300 person participated in the training.
