From December 15th to 16th, 2020, the center for Shandong Food and Drug Evaluation and Certification held ISO 9001 quality management system knowledge training. Quality managers and new staff in this center participated in the training.

In order to ensure the continuous improvement of the center's quality management system and encourage all staff to participate in the system construction actively, the center invited the verification experts from China Quality Mark Certification Group to give lectures.

The training adopted a combination of lecture and discussion. On the morning of the 15th, experts introduced the development, basic principles and key concepts of ISO9001 quality management system and established the concept of combining quality management with practical work for new staff. From the afternoon of 15th to 16th, experts explained the key terms, internal audit and management review based on the actual situation of the center. The quality management personnel of the center and the experts discussed and exchanged doubts about the current quality system management.

Through this training, the capabilities of new staff have been improved, and the internal audit and quality management capabilities of the center's quality managers have been further enhanced, laying a solid foundation for the next step to welcome the re-certification of the quality management system.（Contributed by Center for Shandong Food and Drug Evaluation and Certification）
