In order to promote the capacity of inspectorate, and continuously improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of the inspectors, CFDI held the forth experts’ forum on July sixth, 2021. This forum invited Yue Min, the General Enforcement Team of Beijing Municipal Market Supervision, with the topic of "Interpretation of Administrative Punishment Procedures for Market Supervision".

Ms. Yue Min gave a summary introduction of administrative punishments, and then interpreted the "Interim Provisions of Administrative Punishment Procedures for Market Supervision and Administration" in chapters, explained the key points of drug law enforcement and shared case handling examples and experience, and finally explained key change points of the new revision of the Administrative Punishment Law. Ms. Yue's lectures were rich in content and practical, which popularized legal knowledge and law enforcement requirements for inspectors, and provided a reference for the further improvement of inspection concepts.

Ms. Yue Min is currently the first-level organizer of the Legal Supervision Division of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps. She is engaged in food, drug, cosmetics, medical device inspection and law enforcement, and legal supervision. She has rich practical experience in law enforcement.

Department of Cosmetics Regulation of NMPA, CFDI, Yangtze River Delta sub center for drug evaluation and inspection of NMPA and 28 provincial drugs inspectorates synchronously watching through video system participated in the training; totally more than 640 people participated in the training.
