From June 28 to 30, the Center for Food and Drug Inspection of CFDA (CFDI) held the First Continuing Education Training for Drug Inspectors in 2017 in Beijing and 116 state-level drug GMP inspectors from CFDA and all provinces in China participated in the training.

The training courses were carried out around the arrangement of drug inspection work in 2017, key points for inspection work of traditional Chinese medicine and biochemical drug, aseptic process simulation, sterilization filtration process and technology, skills for obtaining evidence during drug inspection, inspection of data integrity, analysis of the problems found during unannounced inspection and other subjects. After the training, all inspectors will implement the drug inspection tasks in accordance with the inspection plan in this month.

Dong Jiangping, the Deputy Director of CFDI, attended the opening ceremony. She emphasized the importance of the annual training for inspectors and made requests to all inspectors for the inspection work.
